Privacy Policy

1. Data Collection

This app stores all data locally on your device. We do not collect personal information through external servers. The following data is saved only in the on-device SQLite database:

• Workout sessions - exercises, sets, reps, weight, and notes
• Exercise definitions you create or customise
• Training templates and training cycles
• Your display name and profile avatar

2. How We Use Data

All stored data is used exclusively to power the features you see in the app - progress charts, personal records, statistics, and workout history. Your data is never analysed, profiled, or sent anywhere outside your device.

3. Data Security

Since everything lives on your device, security depends on your device's own protection (screen lock, encryption). We strongly recommend keeping your operating system up to date and enabling device encryption for the best protection.

4. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell or share your training data, and there are no analytics SDKs or advertising frameworks in the app - your workouts, exercises and profile stay on your device. The one exception is subscription billing: when you buy or restore Premium, the purchase is processed by Google Play under its own privacy policy, and the app stores a local record of your subscription on the device. No training data is shared in that process.

5. Your Rights

You are in full control of your data at all times. You can:

• Delete individual workouts, exercises, or templates at any time
• Export a full backup of your data at any time (Settings → Import & Export)
• Uninstall the app to permanently remove all stored data

6. This Website

This website uses no cookies and has no forms collecting personal data. We measure visits only with cookieless, aggregate analytics that cannot identify individual visitors.
